The Slip-On R-11 Cyclone was developed to give the Ninja ZX-6R a step up in performance and styling. The tapered silencer body with a carbon end cap further emphasises the ZX-6R's racing style, and despite the compact silencer, it Produces a stirring exhaust note while meeting noise regulations. It is approximately 60% lighter than the standard muffler (STD: 5.0 kg, R-11 titanium Cover: 2.0 kg), and even as a Slip-On it delivers extra power from the mid to high rev range.

The R-11's distinctive tapered triangular shape blends sharply into the ZX-6R's styling. A dedicated silencer stay follows the line of the OEM pillion Footrest, tucking the silencer in as close to the bike as possible to preserve lean angle.
