Yoshimura Full System - Racing - StraightCyclone CB400FOUR

Fits: 1976-1977 Honda CB400F 4 CYL

Born in 1974 with 408 cc, the CB400FOUR pioneered the café racer. In spring 1976 a Yoshimura-tuned CB400FOUR recorded a top speed of 180.00 km/h at the Yatabe test course, and Yoshimura's CB400FOUR tuning Parts have been loved by riders ever since. This Racing Cyclone fuses the CB400FOUR tuning philosophy of that era with modern technology. Following a limited Production run in 2013, it is now Produced with machine-bent exhaust pipes so more riders can experience a new, not merely retro, CB400FOUR Cyclone.

The layout recreates the original: the pipes keep the period bend that clears the oil filter, the tail pipe is tucked as close to the bike as possible for lean angle, and it fits both 408 cc and 398 cc models. Steel pipe is used from the exhaust pipes through to the tail pipe with a specially made 64 mm tail pipe reproducing the original Cyclone diameter, a satin-textured cast flange and machined steel pipe ends. The pulse of each cylinder and the dry exhaust note as four pipes merge are characteristic of steel pipe.
