PRO Tank Ring

On this PRO tank ring model, a tank ring adapter replaces the factory-installed tank filler neck. The PRO tank ring attaches to the tank ring adapter.

The PRO tank ring perfectly combines the innovative power of two German companies: The QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism of the SW-MOTECH tank rings, which has been tried and tested for years, can now be used even more easily thanks to to the Fidlock technology magnetic guide. We have significantly improved the location of the top ring: the movable top ring is already pre-assembled via a guide rail in the tank bag, so it no longer needs to be drilled.

In this way, the upper ring allows us to orient it according to each specific case in the guide rail located on the lower face of the bag. Once the proper position is located, the upper ring is screwed on firmly. If you want to change motorcycles, you can adjust the position of the ring accordingly.

The magnetic guide rail, developed by Fidlock, complements an already perfected mechanical device, such as the SW-MOTECH QUICK-LOCK locking latch: the magnets guide the upper ring to the correct position on the tank ring, and the lock remains firmly fitted. Thus, the force of the magnets helps the placement of the bag. The bag attaches with a single movement of the hand, and is ready to be removed, with the luggage safely positioned for the fun to begin.

The mechanical locking device secures the position of the bag, while the magnets join both parts of the ring. That the tank bag, however long the road traveled, remains firmly in the same position is a task that is taken care of by the robust plastic, reinforced with fiberglass, and the high geometric precision of its pawl.

The patent-protected PRO tank ring is designed to fit the tank filler neck of the corresponding motorcycle model. This ensures optimum positioning above the tank.
