i recently purchased a pair of macna heated gloves and found one battery pack faulty.rpm got onto it promptly and sent me a new battery pack is installed and working well.very impressed with the response from rpm.i will be a return customer.

Brake pads

I ordered front brake pads for my 1991 Suzuki Gsx750f and inadvertently ordered rear pads (you had to read the fine print to work out whether the pads ordered were for front or rear). However, after a few hiccups in ordering the correct pads I eventually got the right parts and I have nothing but praise in how RPMs sales staff handled this rather confusing comedy of errors. Well done RPM sales team - I can only suggest that on your website you clearly indicate whether brake pads are for front or rear!
