*This product will only work as a full system paired with a DEP front pipe - It will not be compatible with the OEM front pipe.

DEP has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing high quality performance motorcycle exhaust systems. All products are hand made in house in the UK by a team of skilled and experienced engineers.

All two stroke exhaust systems are dyno and track tested for optimum performance gains over your OEM system.

Fitment Instructions -
This product is designed to fit OEM and DEP front pipes.
Loosen the silencer mounting bolts from the frame and remove your original silencer.
Retain any rubber grommets / spacers from the original silencer and refit on your DEP silencer, unless these have been supplied.
Install the DEP silencer, making sure that it does not touch the subframe before tightening the mounting bolts. All of the exhaust fixing points should be slackened and then fully tightened allowing all frame mounting points to line up exactly.
A silencer fitted under stress can cause failure or damage to the product.

Jetting -
Stock bikes - Please use standard jetting settings unless otherwise stated.
Modified engines - Please check plug for correct mixture settings, or seek further help from your engine tuner.
