The DENALI DL6 is part of the DL Series, a range of high-performance, durable motorcycle driving lights designed to deliver excellent beam performance and signature dimming technology at an accessible price.

Featuring a single-piece TIR optic and robotically sealed construction, the DL Series reduces component count and manufacturing costs without compromising LED quality, circuitry or optical design. The result is a durable, submersible light pod designed to deliver outstanding performance and value. DL Series lights are available with white, amber or selective yellow beam options and are plug-and-play compatible with DENALI lighting harnesses and controllers.

The DL6 features a distinctive rectangular profile, making it one of the most compact, low-profile driving lights in its output class. Its size and shape make it an ideal primary auxiliary driving light for medium to large motorcycles.

• DataDim™ Plug-and-Play Dimming: The three-wire design uses dedicated dimming wiring for reliable performance and plug-and-play compatibility with DENALI light harnesses, DialDim and CANsmart Controllers.
• DrySeal™ Sealed Beam Construction: Robotic lens sealing and internal potting at the cable entry provide waterproof, submersible protection, even when connectors are removed.
• Built Tough: Features 4 mm-thick powder-coated steel brackets, a robust heatsink rated to withstand 21 G of vibration, and polycarbonate lenses with a UV-resistant hard coating.
• ECE-Compliant Driving Beam: The hybrid driving beam is ECE-certified for street-legal use as a primary or auxiliary high beam in the European Union. Amber and yellow lenses are not approved for street-legal high-beam use.

Wiring and Switching Options

Customise your DENALI lighting kit by selecting the wiring harness and lighting control option that best suits your vehicle and budget. Choose one of the following options to complete your installation.

• Standard Powersports Harness: A robust, affordable harness with a low-profile waterproof switch, ideal for basic single-intensity installations.
• Standard Automotive Harness: Features a durable, extended-length harness and an illuminated flush-mount rocker switch for dashboard installation.
• Premium Powersports Harness: Includes overmoulded wiring and a premium illuminated switch with a handlebar mounting kit.
• DataDim™ Module: Add this dimmer module to a compatible harness to synchronise light intensity with your factory high-beam switch.
• DialDim Lighting Controller: Independently switch and dim two sets of lights using a single halo dimmer switch. Additional features include high/low synchronisation, strobing with the horn, flashing with indicators, indicator cancellation, electronic fuse settings and battery voltage monitoring.
