ESG495 is a high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the HondaTRX300EX between 1993 and 2009.

Our ESG495 was built around a moderncore design and we wind it with the highest grade copper wire using ourmodern winding machines. The high magnetic conductivity coupled with theslightly reconfigured winding setup make for a very efficient stator thatgenerates very little heat which dramatically improvesreliability.

We incorporated very high quality lead wires that wechose because of their resistance to chafing and temperature tolerance andwe finish it with rubber seals and connectors to make ESG495 a plug inreplacement stator.

Our ESG495 is superior in performance andreliability compared to the stock unit.
