Standard Shipping
We are very proud to offer free delivery on all orders on our website within Australia! Express options are also available at an additional charge.

International Shipping
International shipping is available at a flat rate of AUD $45. All pricing on our website is displayed in AUD$. Any local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods in their locality.

Dispatch
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of placement and will contact you should any delays be expected at any time. We do not accept cancellations of orders processed within this timeframe. Special order items will take additional time to dispatch. As some of our items are warehoused in Brisbane, we recommend that you call us prior to coming in store to view products or collect orders so that we can ensure it is ready for you. 

Express/Courier Shipping
Express/courier shipping can be selected on checkout for an additional charge. Australia Post express or a courier express service may be selected by RPM Moto during dispatch depending on the physical size of the product ordered and current leadtimes by the various carriers. Delivery timeframes vary for different regions and can be 1-5 days depending on the carrier selected. RPM Moto cannot guarantee or influence any delivery times by third party carriers, nor will be held responsible for delivery delays.

Bulky Items Surcharge
Some items such as plastic kits and tyres incur a bulky delivery fee surcharge and are excluded from our free delivery offer.

Address Details During Checkout
Please ensure you have entered your delivery details accurately on check out. We do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit due to incorrectly entered addresses or missed details.

Shipping Delays
Any dates provided by RPM Moto for delivery are estimates only and will not form part of any Contract. Actual delivery dates may be affected by factors such as clearance of payment, the customer's location, availability of parts and the delivery service used. RPM Moto will not be liable for any delay in delivery of products and/or services.

Pickup Orders
