We aim to dispatch the majority of orders within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 48 hours during busy periods. If your order is likely to take longer than this we will notify you of any delays by email.
The majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Queensland, however in some instances we may arrange for orders to be shipped direct from our supplier, who could be based Interstate, direct to you.
Regular shipping is free on all orders over $99. Orders with a value of less than $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.00 for regular shipping.
Depending on the size / weight of your order and the delivery postcode your order will be shipped by either Australia Post eParcel, or Australia Post My Post service. Service times vary by destination and carrier.
All orders are sent using a signature required delivery service. If no one is available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made a card will be left for you with details of how to collect the item, or arrange for a re-delivery. If this is a problem we suggest you enter an alternative delivery address, such as a work address, during the checkout process where there will be someone available to sign for the package.
You will be offered the option to upgrade your order to an Express service during checkout, subject to the items on your order being available to be shipped by air. Charges are based on the item size / weight and your shipping address.
All orders where Express shipping is selected at checkout are sent by Australia Post eParcel Express service which is NOT covered by Australia Post's Express Post guarantee. Whilst the service is faster than regular post and in the majority of cases it does offer a next day service if your postcode is in the Express network next day area, it is specifically excluded from their next day money-back guarantee.
Please note that paying for Express Post does not affect how fast your order is processed and does not mean that it gets priority processing. Paying for Express Post only relates to the service used to ship your order once it is despatched.
In Store Pick-Up
For local customers we offer the option to place your order online and pick-up in store. Simply place your order as normal selecting the In Store Pickup shipping option and no delivery charges will apply. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirming it is available for collection.
We currently only ship to domestic Australian addresses. We do not ship overseas.
Please note that we also do not ship to freight forwarding companies that offer an Australian based address for overseas buyers to have orders shipped to. Orders placed using any of these type of services will be refused.
Address Details During Checkout
Please ensure you understand the difference between the address details you are asked to supply during the checkout process
- Billing address - this is your normal residential address. If you are paying by credit card this must match the address that your card statement is sent to.
- Shipping address - this is the address that you require your order to be sent to. It can be different to your billing address. If it is the same as your billing address you do not need to re-enter the details. Please note that if you pay for your order by Paypal the shipping address you select when you are logged into your Paypal account over-rides any address details entered on our website. This is due to Paypal regulations that state we can only ship to the address details on your Paypal payment receipt in order to ensure both parties are covered by their protection policies.
- Paypal shipping address - if you pay for your order by Paypal you will be asked to supply a Shipping address when you log into your Paypal account to make your payment. The address details you enter in Paypal over-ride any details entered on our website. Any orders paid for by Paypal will always be shipped to the address on your Paypal payment receipt irrespective of the address details entered on our website.
